Dr Fiona Tassoni’s services in the United States are operated by Conceiving Genesis LLC, a registered company in Delaware, USA. Services may include telehealth consultations, educational guidance, wellness services, digital programs, and product sales, delivered in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and individualized care, we do not offer refunds for completed consultations, services, or missed appointments, except where required by applicable law.

1. No Refunds on Professional Services

When you book a consultation or service, you are reserving dedicated professional time and resources. As a result:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• Telehealth, phone, and video consultations are treated the same as in-person services.
• Failure to attend, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may result in the full fee being charged.

Professional services are considered rendered once delivered and cannot be returned or reversed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to the notice requirements provided at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made within the permitted notice period may avoid a fee.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

These policies ensure fair access to limited availability and professional time.

3. Supplements, Herbal Products & Physical Goods

Supplements, herbal products, and wellness items are non-refundable once opened or used, for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.
• Sealed products may only be returned if incorrect or defective.

Where required by law, we will provide a replacement or refund for products that are defective, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered.

4. Digital Products & Educational Content

Digital products, online programs, educational materials, and downloadable content are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.
